FAQ
Most frequent questions and answers on solar power batteries
All our systems are battery compatible whereby your can add a battery at a later date, but be careful as there are cases where you can’t add a battery to an existing system.
Some clients prefer to add a battery straight away, particularly if they don’t use much energy in daylight hours or if they have regular energy blackouts and want a system that will power their home in a black out.
The simple answer is yes. But it does come at a very high cost to do it properly. There is a stepping stone that many are taking towards going off grid. It is possible to install what we call a hybrid system where you install solar panels and a battery using a special inverter called a hybrid. This system can make you energy independent whilst still attached to the grid so you will still benefit from a feed in tariff from the grid which can work very well.
